1. Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Hair Vault is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier once the order has shipped.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all hair purchases are final sale.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair extensions.

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, textures, lengths, and color options carefully before placing an order. If you have questions prior to purchasing, please reach out to  thehairvaultllc.co@gmail.com— we’re happy to help you choose the right collection.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
